nEo's jewellery is hand crafted in sterling silver and 24k Gold Plated Brass. Like all treasures, it must be handled as such. Sterling silver/Gold Plating naturally tarnishes and all plated jewellery does lose a bit of it's colour over time. However with proper care your nEo pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.

nEo offers re-plating service for our jewels at a nominal price. If you would like to have your piece cleaned or re-plated please whatsapp us on 8882955611

We have your back under our guarantee. This implies that we will take care of your merchandise for 6 to 8 months from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery happens. Simply contact us, and we'll work together to find a solution.
